4. International Shipments & Customs:
For international orders, DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) means:

5. Changes or Cancellations:
To change or cancel an order, contact us at service@lumivaw.com within 12 hours of purchase. Orders in processing cannot be modified or canceled.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages:

Damaged Items: Contact us within 72 hours with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement.

Lost in Transit: If confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
