1. Order Processing & Shipping Costs:

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days (up to 6 during holidays/special promotions)

  • Shipping Fee: $6.99 flat rate, no matter your location

2. Estimated Delivery Times:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary:

  • United States: 8–14 business days

  • Canada / UK / Australia: 10–16 business days

  • Other Locations: 14–21 business days

3. Tracking Your Order:

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Note: Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to become active.

4. International Shipments & Customs:

For international orders, DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) means:

  • Customer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or extra fees

  • Jeenihoy™ is not liable for delays caused by customs

5. Changes or Cancellations:

To change or cancel an order, contact us at service@lumivaw.com within 12 hours of purchase. Orders in processing cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Damaged Items: Contact us within 72 hours with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement.

  • Lost in Transit: If confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
